Vacation

Evangeline will be taking a 2 week spring break from Monday March 16th through the 30th, reopening Tuesday March 31st. This will give the Evangeline Team as well as Krista and I some time to relax, reflect, renew. (As well as some time for us to dine at our favorite restaurants.) Spring will bring some new menu ideas and a fresh perspective on the coming season. Hooray for spring!
